Takopoichu

A pair of takochu crocheted over a set of poi. I used a 4mm hook and very thick wool to get them this big.

The basic design is from [link] , which as then been tweaked to fit my design.

The changes include:

I single crocheted and extra 24 in the middle so they would be big enough.

The tentacles are triple crocheted instead of double, and I started with 9 chains (to double to 18) instead of 8 chains (which double to 16) (Thanks muchly to Tracee for suggesting this).
